Located in Xiamen Torch Hi-Tech (Xiangan) Zone, Xiamen Triunity Precision Technology Co., Ltd., is a technology-based enterprise wholly invested by Xiamen Openex Mechanical Technology Ltd., the purpose of the plant is to provide support services for China development strategy of semiconductor industry, especially the integrated circuit manufacturing industry.

With our rich accumulated experience in design and processing services of equipment parts and automation production line for semiconductor industry, we integrate the best professional technical force from Singapore, Taiwan and mainland China and devote ourselves to serve the China industry of integrated circuit, display panels, and the solar industry with value-added services such as precision cleaning, refurbishment, overhaul, design and processing of equipment parts, so as to provide one-stop integrated solution for equipment components and parts. As a result of that, we are capable to serve the customer to prolong the service life of equipment, achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.

With a high standard of design planning and excellent operation layout, our parts cleaning factory covers an area of 4000 square meters and comply with all environmental requirements in the first phases of construction. We consistently develop new cleaning and refurbishment technologies, our plant is equipped with a first-class range of equipment with advanced facilities such as RO/DI water purification, high – pressure water jet scalpel. We have incorporated an extensive and fully comprehensive cleaning technology, including chemical cleaning, CO2 cleaning, water scalpel cleaning, and DI ultrasonic cleaning. Our fully automated COATING technology covers anodized coating, Twin Wire Arc Spray coating, Plasma Ceramic Coating (YF3, Y2O3, and Al2O3), etc.

Specialized Operation

Our management team includes local graduates from well-known universities such as Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, our key technical experts are the skilled technicians who have many years of front-line cleaning experience in Singapore and Taiwan. The layout design of the plant is professional built specially for semiconductors and TFTLCD, The CU and non-Cu areas are operated separately. The chemical cleaning booth is customized and separated for various different equipment parts to prevent cross-contamination and safeguard the clean quality.

Xiamen kaiyue metal processing co., Ltd. Changtai branch was established.
The modern metal processing and production base covering 20,000 square meters was completed in Changtai, Zhangzhou.
November 2018
Shanghai fangxin semiconductor co., Ltd. was established.
To participate in the production and trade of semiconductor high-efficiency HEAP FILTER and chemical FILTER.

March 2019

Xiamen triunity precision technology co., Ltd. was incorporated.
In July, the plant was completed in Xiamen torch hi-tech (Xiangan) zone.

Specializing in the overhaul and processing of vacuum pumps.
